I'll be true to my word. The Hyatt Regency doesn't suck. (Maybe I should wait until after this weekend to make the final determination).
They refunded my money earlier this week, but I remained persistent and filed a complaint through their website asking what had caused the problem. Today I received a call checking to make sure I got the refund and apologizing for what they admitted was a mistake, although they still do not know the underlying cause. Anyway, they have supposedly upgraded the room to one with a better view, so I consider this a victory. It's a small victory, but a victory nonetheless. Comments on this post are closed. |
